We as family and loved ones invite you back to where it all began! - Urban MO’s, to celebrate the life of event producer, community builder, philanthropist and entrepreneur Joseph Whitaker, the OG DILF, in true Joe style… Join the party, and celebrate with us as we have fun remembering this DILF Legend. Meet friends, love, laugh, dance and drink in an incredible safe space and share your favorite memories as we spread love and raise a glass to our friend.

Please join us as we celebrate Joe’s life & legacy doing what he loved most: bringing people together. Please feel welcome to share a story, a memory or special moment you experienced or simply be in company with those who were touched by Joe’s spirit. Mostly, we want you to share in the energy of the spaces Joe created - and dance! Refreshments will be supplied courtesy of Urban MO’s. The Party will start with incredible Performances by some of Joe’s favorite divas: Chad Michaels, Paris Sukomi Max, Kickxy Vixen-Styles, Jazmyn Simone-Echelon and Mo Meaux. Music By, The Incredible: DJ Max Bruce. The Church of Glam Event At Urban MO’s is dedicating April 2nd to Our Joe.

Joe supported many causes & non-profit organizations over the years. One of the most important to him was Sunburst Youth Housing Project, a program of the San Diego LGBT Community Center. In lieu of flowers, we will be accepting donations for Sunburst at the celebration on Joe’s behalf. In his memory, we encourage you to give what you can.
